โค๏ธ Our Promise
At Miragè Equine Sales, our goal is honesty, transparency, and creating lasting partnerships between horses and their new families. Every horse deserves the right home, and every buyer deserves an enjoyable purchasing experience.
๐ด Right of First Refusal Policy
At Miragè Equine Sales, we care deeply about the lifelong well-being of every horse we sell.
If, at any time in the future, you are no longer able to keep or care for your horse, Miragè Equine Sales must be given the first right of refusal before the horse is sold, leased, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person.
This means the current owner agrees to contact Miragè Equine Sales first, providing us with the opportunity to repurchase the horse or assist in finding a suitable new home.
Any repurchase terms, including price, will be determined by mutual agreement based on the horse’s age, condition, training, and current market value.
This policy helps ensure our horses continue to receive safe, responsible care throughout their lives and allows us to remain involved in protecting their welfare.
We appreciate our buyers’ partnership in giving every Miragè Equine Sales horse the opportunity for a secure future.
